At Best of Health America your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Best of Health America under the following rules:
� You must call us and receive a return authorization from us
� You must return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
� Items can only be returned that are defective or damaged.
� We do not accept items back that have been opened, used or the safety seal has been broken, damaged or removed.
� We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item (our error.) In all other cases, a return shipping fee equal to the original outbound shipping fee will apply.
